Meet Ifen

I am the founder and Field Steward of Arc Vitality Collective, and I work as an executive coach, team coach, coach mentor, and coach supervisor.

Before moving into coaching, I spent more than two decades in international business and leadership, working across cultures, functions and geographies. I have led both small and large teams and experienced first-hand the complexity that comes with responsibility — relationships, competing priorities, organisational dynamics, uncertainty and change.

Today, I bring that experience together with coaching psychology, systemic thinking, supervision, embodiment and contemplative practice.

My work is grounded in curiosity rather than certainty. I am interested not only in what is happening, but also in what may sit underneath it — within the person, between people, and across the wider system.

CREDENTIALS & PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS

Grounded in recognised professional practice

My practice is grounded both in lived leadership experience and in recognised professional training, accreditation and ongoing development.

Professional accreditation across executive coaching, team coaching, supervision and health & wellbeing coaching.

EXPERIENCE ACROSS ORGANISATIONS & ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Working across different worlds of leadership

Through global coaching platforms, I have worked with leaders and professionals from organisations including Nestlé, AstraZeneca, Google, HP, Robinhood Bank, Infineon and bp, as well as with entrepreneurs and business owners across different industries and stages of growth.

These conversations have given me a window into very different worlds of leadership — from large global organisations to the deeply personal responsibility of building and carrying a business of one’s own.

CLIENT VOICES

What clients have experienced in the work

“I felt completely heard and able to bring whatever was present into the conversation.”

EXECUTIVE COACHING CLIENT

“Ifen notices things I often miss myself. Her questions helped me see the situation differently and find much greater clarity.”

SENIOR LEADER

“There is a warmth, wisdom and depth in the way Ifen works. I often leave our sessions feeling lighter and seeing more possibilities.”

ENTREPRENEUR

Every coaching relationship is different. What matters most to me is creating a space where people can think more freely, notice what may have been difficult to see, and find their own way forward.

Across these different contexts, the questions may look different, but the human experience underneath them is often surprisingly familiar: responsibility, uncertainty, relationships, identity, change and the search for a way forward that feels both effective and sustainable.

WHAT HAS SHAPED MY PRACTICE

Learning to see from more than one place

Much of my life has involved moving between worlds.

I grew up within an Eastern cultural context and later studied, lived and worked extensively within Western ones. Over time, this has made me increasingly aware that what appears obvious, appropriate or true from one perspective can look quite different from another.

My corporate life taught me to value clarity, accountability, critical thinking and the realities of organisational systems.

My contemplative and embodied practices have taught me something different: to slow down, stay with uncertainty, notice what may be present beneath the surface, and resist resolving something before it has fully revealed itself.

I no longer experience these as separate ways of seeing.

They increasingly inform the same question:

What else might be here?

Perspective

More than one perspective may hold truth.
I try to remain curious about different interpretations rather than rushing toward a single explanation.

Presence

Not everything needs to be solved immediately.
Sometimes clarity comes from staying with what is here long enough to notice what wants attention.

System

No person exists in isolation.
Leadership, behaviour and change are always influenced by relationships, culture, history and the wider environment.

This way of seeing shapes how I coach, supervise and work with teams: paying attention to the person, the relationships around them, and the wider system they are part of.

BEYOND ONE PRACTITIONER

Arc Vitality is designed to hold more than one perspective.

Arc Vitality Collective brings together practitioners with different experiences, disciplines and ways of seeing. What connects us is a shared commitment to thoughtful, ethical and reflective practice — with care for both the person and the wider system.
