I worked on transforming a traditional business and integrating it with a French business, bringing together different commercial practices, organisational expectations and cultures.
The integration helped reverse a period of business decline and contributed to approximately 15% annual growth.

Following major industry and environmental regulatory disruption, we faced a fundamental question: how could the business rebuild its relevance and credibility?
