Your work deserves a space for deeper reflection.
Coaching asks much of us — our presence, judgment, courage, and humanity.

WHEN COACHING INVITES US TO LOOK DEEPER
Some moments in coaching deserve a second look.
When a client stays with you
A conversation lingers after the session. You wonder what was happening beneath the surface — for your client, for you, or between you.
When familiar patterns keep returning
You notice yourself working harder, holding back, rescuing, or responding in ways that surprise you. What might these patterns be revealing?
When your professional judgment is tested
A boundary feels unclear. An ethical question emerges. You want to explore the situation with care, responsibility, and a wider perspective.
When you're ready to deepen your practice
Nothing is necessarily wrong. You simply want to become more aware of how you work, what shapes your presence, and what else may be possible.
The most meaningful growth often begins when we look again.
Supervision is an ongoing investment in the depth, integrity, and sustainability of your coaching practice.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE THROUGH SUPERVISION
A wider perspective. A deeper practice.
Supervision offers an opportunity to step beyond the immediate coaching conversation and explore the relationships, patterns, responsibilities, and wider systems shaping your work.
01
Deepen your practice
Explore assumptions, relational patterns, and ways of working. Develop greater awareness, flexibility, and professional discernment.
02
Strengthen your judgment
Reflect on ethical questions, professional boundaries, and responsibilities. Discover new perspectives to inform your decisions.
03
Restore your capacity
Make room for the emotional demands of coaching. Reconnect with your resources, resilience, and capacity to remain present.
Not simply more knowledge or better techniques — but a deeper capacity to be with the complexity of coaching.
SUPERVISION IN PRACTICE
Sometimes, the Question Changes.
A coach arrived with a practical concern about finding time for reflection. Through supervision, the conversation opened into something deeper: his relationship with external expectations and his own sense of professional identity.

Frequently Asked Questions
A little more about coaching supervision and how we might work together.
-
Anything that matters to you and your coaching practice—whether it's a challenging client relationship, an ethical dilemma, professional uncertainty, recurring patterns, or your own growth as a coach.
You don't need a difficult case or a clearly defined question. Sometimes, simply creating space to pause and reflect can lead to the most meaningful discoveries.
-
Supervision is valuable at every stage of your coaching journey. For newer coaches, it offers a supportive space to build confidence, develop reflective practice, and navigate emerging challenges. For experienced coaches, it provides opportunities to explore complexity, question familiar patterns, and deepen professional awareness.
Wherever you are in your journey, supervision supports not only what you do as a coach, but also who you are becoming.
-
Mentor coaching focuses primarily on developing coaching competencies. Supervision offers a wider reflective space to explore your relationships with clients, professional identity, ethical responsibilities, and the systems influencing your practice. Both can support your growth in different ways.
-
Individual supervision offers dedicated space to explore your practice at your own pace. Group supervision brings the additional richness of multiple perspectives, shared learning, and connection with fellow coaches. Some coaches find combining both particularly valuable.
-
Confidentiality is part of our supervision agreement. We discuss how to protect the privacy of clients and supervisees, including appropriate anonymization of cases. In group supervision, everyone shares responsibility for maintaining confidentiality, within agreed professional and legal limits.
-
Of course. A complimentary discovery conversation gives us space to explore what you're looking for, answer your questions, and consider whether individual or group supervision would be a good fit.
-
Absolutely. Supervision is an at-will partnership, grounded in mutual trust and choice. You're welcome to pause or end our supervision relationship at any time, ideally with an open conversation so we can bring our work together to a thoughtful close.
We believe supervision works best when it remains a meaningful choice, rather than an obligation.
Not sure which supervision pathway is right for you?
You're welcome to begin with a conversation. We can explore what you're looking for, how supervision might support your practice, and whether working together feels like a good fit.
