For LeadersLeadership asks more of us when the answers are not obvious.
Arc Vitality offers executive coaching for leaders navigating complexity, transition, responsibility and change..
When leadership becomes complex
You may be:
stepping into a larger role
navigating a major transition
carrying responsibility for difficult decisions
leading through ambiguity or organizational change
experiencing tension between what is expected and what feels right
wondering how to lead without losing yourself
trying to create stronger relationships with your team or stakeholders
These moments are not simply problems to solve. They can become important thresholds for how you lead, relate and grow.
What we can work on together
Leadership challenges rarely sit in only one place. They may involve decisions, identity, relationships, transitions, the wider system — or several of these at once.
Coaching gives us space to explore what matters most and where meaningful movement may be possible.
Leadership transitions
Stepping into a new role, broader responsibility, or a different way of leading.
Working with trust, conflict, stakeholder dynamics, difficult conversations, and the impact you have on others.
Relationships & influence
Complexity & decision-making
Creating enough space to see the wider system, challenge assumptions, and make thoughtful choices.
Sustainable leadership
Leading effectively while remaining connected to your values, wellbeing, and sense of self.
The work begins with what is most alive and relevant for you — not with a predefined coaching agenda.
Ways to work with Arc
Executive Coaching
A reflective partnership for leaders navigating complexity, transition, responsibility and growth.
This may include leadership transitions, identity shifts, decision-making, relationships, influence, wellbeing and how you want to lead in the role you hold.
When the challenge is wider than one person
Sometimes what appears to be an individual leadership challenge is also connected to the team, stakeholder relationships or wider organizational system.
In those situations, we can explore whether team coaching or a broader systemic engagement may be more useful.

How we work
At Arc Vitality, coaching is not about giving you better answers.
It is about creating the conditions to notice more — your own responses, the relationships around you, the wider system, and what may be trying to emerge.
Presence before prescription
We slow down enough to notice what is actually happening before rushing toward solutions.
Compassionate clarity
Care and challenge can coexist. We create space for honest reflection, difficult questions and what may need to be seen more clearly.
The whole system matters
Leadership never happens in isolation. We pay attention to relationships, stakeholders, context and the wider system you are part of.
Sometimes the most important movement begins not with doing more, but with seeing differently.
The people behind the work
Arc Vitality is a collective practice shaped by shared values, reflective inquiry and systemic thinking.
Depending on the nature of the work, engagements may be held directly by Ifen or in collaboration with trusted coaching partners whose practice aligns with the values and standards of Arc Vitality.

What is asking for your attention right now?
You do not need to have the problem fully defined before beginning.
Sometimes the first useful step is simply having a thoughtful conversation about what is happening, what matters, and what kind of support may be most useful.
Where appropriate, we will also consider whether another Arc practitioner or a broader team engagement may better serve what is needed.
